Welcome

I have many years’ experience of working therapeutically with people in community health settings including work with families, adults, people with learning disabilities and teenagers.

I am a person centred counsellor and psychotherapist and I have experience working in the following areas: anxiety & low mood, mild to moderate depression, loss, bereavement, disability,  sexuality, work-related issues, stress, relationship difficulties and personal growth.

Working Together

I look to develop meaningful connections with clients which are based on trust and provide a space to engage with and carefully explore difficulties. I seek to actively respond to what clients share in sessions and assist them to identify the things that are important to them. Working in partnership to explore the basis of any distress or concerns, gently facilitating ways forward in life.

Whats best for you?

Whether you’re considering short term counselling focusing on a specific issue, or longer-term counselling or psychotherapy, together we can map out your personal journey.

I offer face to face sessions but if you prefer an online platform this may be more convenient for you and offers you counselling in the privacy of your own home without having to travel.

Situated in the heart of North Berwick my therapy room is easy to reach by car, train or bus. The room looks onto the beach and the changing weather. It provides a safe and comfortable space.
